Interim Curriculum Manager - Health and ChildcareLocation: LondonContract: Interim (17th August - 30th September)We are currently seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager - Health and Childcare to join a college in East London on an interim basis.This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, development, and quality of Health and Childcare provision, including programmes such as Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care and T Levels. Key responsibilities:Lead and manage Health and Childcare curriculum deliveryDrive quality improvement and student outcomesLine manage and support teaching staffMonitor KPIs including retention, achievement and progressOversee timetabling, staffing and learner performanceDeliver approximately 12 hours teaching per weekThe ideal candidate will have:Curriculum leadership experience within FEA background in Health and Social Care and/or ChildcareA recognised teaching qualification (or working towards) Strong understanding of quality standards, Ofsted and KPI performanceExperience improving teaching, learning and assessmentIf you''re available from mid-August and ready to make an immediate impact, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
