Join our London-based Further Education team as a SEND Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of outstanding, inclusive programmes that shape your student''s futures.About the Role: Curriculum Manager SEND As a CM, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Supported Learning curriculum and services.You will be a strong candidate for this role if you can demonstrate:You will lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational SEND provisionWorking collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support both learners and colleagues to thrive.A successful track record of line managing teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountabilityExpertise in designing, planning, and delivering high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes (from pre-entry to Level 1)A solid understanding of compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processesThe ability to use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progressionExperience managing budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and high-impact deliveryPrepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g. Ofsted), and quality reviewsThis role is offered on a full-term, permanent basis.We are ..... full job details .....
