Interim Chief Financial Officer

OverviewFinatal are working with a mid-market investor who are about to acquire a £50m t/o professional services company headquartered in London which requires an interim CFO to lead on professionalisation, cost reduction and systems implementation. You’ll be based in London and working with the CEO, board, and PE house. Given it has been fairly acquisitive recently, your first tasks will include looking at group integration, taking cost out and looking at an ERP implementation/harmonisation.
