Base pay range

CFO - Bracknell (3 days on site) - PE backed Financial Services - £160,000 to £180,000 + BonusWe are partnering with a high-performing, acquisitive Financial Services business backed by a strong PE house. We are looking for a highly commercially aware finance leader who will be the right hand to the CEO, easy to deal with but with high standards.Please note to be considered for this role there is unfortunately a list of non-negotiables, these are:Experience working in the Financial Services industryACA qualified with a Big 4 backgroundExperience working in a private equity backed companyProven experience in a CFO role within a company of at least £500m turnoverNot a MUST, but if you have an exit under your belt this would be highly advantageousPlease understand that due to the expected high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directlyA bit more about the role…Reporting to the CEO and leading a 100+ strong finance team. The client isn’t interested in the usual BAU duties you have performed; they want value add, strategy shaping, scaling, cost saving, automation and being that voice of clarity in the boardroom.Acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and PE house to deliver a transformation programme aligned with long-term value creation objectives.Strengthen financial planning, controls, and reporting to private equity best practice standards.Drive cash management discipline and operational efficiency, enabling reinvestment in growth.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking through improved KPI frameworks.Support strategic initiatives including targeted acquisitions and a Buy and Build growth strategy.Build strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders to support the business''s ambitions.Building a high-performing, commercially minded team with clear succession and development.Act as a true business leader, championing culture, diversity and collaboration.A bit about you…Demonstrable transactional experience, including acquisitions, integrations, consolidations, and ideally successful private equity exits.PE/Investor-facing experience with strong communication and gravitasHave experience of group leadership.A track record of being an autonomous CFO for a growing business.Strong track record of delivering business change, whether through performance improvement, restructuring, or growth strategies.Skilled at balancing hands-on operational detail with strategic decision-making.Energetic, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the gravitas to operate effectively at Board, investor, and operational level.CFO - Bracknell (3 days on site) - PE backed Financial Services - £160,000 to £180,000 + BonusSenioriry level
