The Role

The firm is looking for an IP Partner to join their commercial team in Manchester, which includes lawyers from Top 10 international firms. The team is currently servicing a broad range of commercial matters and aims to expand its IP (contentious and non-contentious) practice from their state-of-the-art Manchester office.

The department handles a variety of IP matters, including trademarks, infringements, design rights, agreements, and more. They benefit from excellent cross-referral sources within their corporate commercial reputation.

Requirements

IP Partner with 8+ years PQE

Experience working directly in Intellectual Property

Ability to manage team members
