The Role:

The firm seeks an ambitious, entrepreneurial Residential Property Partner to lead their Manchester department. You will be responsible for growing the Conveyancing Department, supported by the firm in marketing and networking.

You will start in a warm position, leveraging the existing client base and cross referrals from other departments.

You will handle a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and more.

There are excellent prospects for progression, with clear partnership opportunities and the potential to develop and lead a team.

Requirements:

You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (no upper limit for experience).

Comfortable developing business and generating work.
