The roleYou''ll be part of a busy, forward-looking team handling a wide range of non-contentious IP matters, including:

Advising on IP transactions (licensing, assignments, franchising)

Structuring ownership and protection of IP assets

Negotiating RandD and collaboration agreements across academia and industry

Conducting intellectual property audits and due diligence

Providing IP support for wider commercial and corporate deals

Candidate requirements

Strong experience in non-contentious/transactional Intellectual Property work

Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (SRA) or Scotland (Law Society of Scotland) with around 8 years'' PQE

A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for helping clients turn ideas into commercial success
