Role::Installation Engineer - Field Based Location: Glasgow, with travel required in Scotland and England The Role We are recruiting for a reliable and practical Ducting and Mechanical Installation Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving the installation, set-up and commissioning of ducting, LEV systems and workshop machinery across a range of sites. The role will suit someone who enjoys working practically, takes pride in doing a good job and is comfortable working away from home when required. Reliability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important as existing experience. Key Responsibilities Install spiral, steel, clipped and UPVC ducting for LEV systems Carry out mechanical installation, machinery moves and equipment set-up Assist with the installation and commissioning of LEV systems and machinery Follow drawings, instructions, RAMS and agreed installation methods Work safely and professionally on site Complete job sheets and other relevant paperwork accurately Work closely with colleagues to ensure the correct parts, tools and materials are available Identify any additional parts or requirements needed to complete works Support servicing, maintenance and breakdown work when required Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment to a good standard Develop your knowledge of LEV systems, ductwork and workshop machinery Communicate any issues or additional work requirements to management About You ..... full job details .....
