This position requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of moulding processes. As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include:Setting up moulding machines, including installing moulds and configuring machine settings for production runsMonitoring the injection moulding process and adjusting parameters to ensure consistent product qualityConducting first-off inspections and ensuring products meet required standardsCarrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulds and machineryMaintaining accurate records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activitiesIdentifying and resolving moulding defects or machine malfunctions to minimise downtime To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding ..... full job details .....
