This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong injection moulding experience to join a high-volume production environment.Role PurposeThe Injection Mould Press Engineer is responsible for the setup, operation, optimisation, and maintenance of injection moulding presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.This role plays a key part in maintaining stable processes, delivering consistent cycle times, producing high-quality parts, and supporting continuous improvement across the moulding department.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out setup, start-up, and shutdown of injection moulding presses in line with work instructionsInstall, secure, and remove mould tools safely and efficientlySet and adjust machine parameters including temperatures, speeds, pressures, cooling, and clamp forcePerform first-off checks and complete all required documentationOptimise cycle times and process parameters to improve efficiency and qualityTroubleshoot moulding defects such as flash, short shots, burns, warpage, and contaminationSupport improvements in OEE, scrap reduction, and overall production performanceInspect moulds, hot runners, and ancillary equipment for wear or damageCarry out ..... full job details .....
