Infrastructure Engineer - DV ClearedWatford (On-site)Wintel/on-premUp to £55,000To apply, email: A secure government programme is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and ongoing management of critical IT infrastructure.This is a hands-on role working across server, network, storage, and desktop environments, supporting a highly secure and fast-paced delivery environment.Due to the nature of the work, active DV clearance is required to start.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy and integrate hardware and software across infrastructure environmentsTest deliverables, document outcomes, and manage fault identification and resolutionAdminister, maintain, and enhance systems to improve performance and service qualityProvide 2nd and 3rd line support, working within agreed SLAsDeliver tasks in line with project plans, timelines, and quality standardsMaintain operational documentation, asset records, and system updatesProvide regular progress updates to internal stakeholdersKey Skills and ExperienceExperience in infrastructure engineering within secure or specialist environmentsBackground as an Infrastructure or Field Engineer across small to medium IT projectsStrong hands-on experience with:Infrastructure administrationHardware deploymentFault diagnosis and resolutionAbility to work independently and manage workload within SLA-driven environmentsExperience working in customer-facing rolesDesirable ExperienceKnowledge of ITIL Service ..... full job details .....
