We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an

IT Business Analyst

to join their global organisation. Acting as the vital link between business and digital teams, you will gather requirements, translate them into clear deliverables, and oversee the successful delivery of projects.The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work across global teams, and strong project/change management expertise.Responsibilities

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into digital solutions.Support and drive the implementation of new applications and systems.Define projects and deliver them in collaboration with digital teams.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.Provide project management and/or change management expertise.Ideal Background

3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or a related role.Proven track record in supporting the implementation of new business applications or systems.Strong stakeholder management experience, ideally within a global business environment.Proactive, confident, and comfortable driving projects forward.Why Join Our Client?
