Income Officer Opportunity

Salary - -38,000

We''re working with a client looking for an Income Officer covering Newbury & Reading, based from the Greenham Hub. This is a permanent, hybrid role with a mix of home, office, and site visits.

What you''ll do:
* Manage rent & service charge accounts
* Negotiate payment plans
* Provide welfare & money advice
* Handle evictions & attend court when required

What you need:
Experience in income management/debt recovery, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of housing/welfare benefits.
Full UK driving licence & own car required
