As an Inclusion and Diversity Manager in the House of Lords, you''ll play an important role in supporting the UK''s parliamentary democracy. Your work will help Members and colleagues carry out their responsibilities effectively - contributing to something bigger than any one role. You''ll be part of a collaborative community, working alongside colleagues from a wide range of professions. Together, we make Parliament happen. You''ll be based on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster - a unique working environment shaped by history and powered by the people who work here today. What you''ll be doing In this role, you''ll: Contribute to a dynamic, high-performing Inclusion and Diversity team that supports the Administration''s value of inclusivity and executes initiatives that deliver on organisational inclusion priorities. Support a range of internal networks and programmes to champion diverse voices in the House of Lords and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Advise and guide colleagues to access the support they need to thrive in the workplace. Work with other functions in HR to draft guidance and policies that support an inclusive working environment and encourages inclusive leadership.
