Inbound Sales Advisor

Role overview:Loughborough Temp to PermFull TimeWorking hours/Shift patterns - 40 hours per week, rotational shifts Monday-Friday between 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM. One weekend shift every 2 weeks (09:00 AM - 17:30 PM).Start Date: Monday, 13th July 2026As a Telephone Sales Advisor (Inbound) you''ll be speaking to customers who have previously visited the companies website and are looking to purchase some of the amazing technology and services.Through effective listening, fact finding and matching the customers'' needs with their amazing technology and services, you''ll convert these calls into sales whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating customers for life.Don''t worry if you''ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with training and ongoing support you''ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
