Amazing Opportunity to kick start a career within secured lending! As a inbound Customer Service Advisor you will be a first point of contact for customers seeking a secured loan or mortgage. You will recieve warm inbound and outbound calls, with no cold calling or use of outbound dialers. The successful candidate will handle fact-finding, transferring customers to third-party lenders, and assisting clients through the application process. Key Responsibilities: Handling warm inbound calls from clients seeking financial assistance. Making outbound calls to customers who have requested information about loans. Completing compliant fact-finds with clients to understand their needs. Transferring customers to appropriate third-party lenders. Following up with clients to collect outstanding documents. Skills and Experience: Preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in a Contact Centre environment. GCSE Maths required. Key Competencies: Strong telephone manner with excellent rapport-building abilities. Motivated by positive customer interactions and problem-solving. Patience to explain financial products and processes to clients. High attention to detail. Working Hours: You will work on a rotating shift pattern: Early Shift: Monday Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm Mid Shift: Mon Wed, 9:30 am 6:30 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am 5:30 pm Late Shift: Mon Wed, 10:00 am 7:00 pm; Thurs, 9:00 am 6:00 pm; Fri, 9:00 am 5:30 pm Salary and ..... full job details .....
