In-House Corporate Lawyer (4+ PQE) - Private Equity and MandA Brighton High-Growth Investment Environment A dynamic and expanding private equity firm in Brighton is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This opportunity is for a Lawyer with experience levels from circa 4+ PQE who are seeking a more commercially embedded role. This is a standout in-house position offering genuine exposure to the full private equity lifecycle. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and deal teams on high-quality transactions, playing a key role in shaping and executing investments. The Role You will be at the heart of transactional activity, advising on: Buy-side and sell-side MandA transactions Private equity investments and exits Drafting and negotiating key documentation (including SPAs, investment agreements and NDAs) Managing and coordinating due diligence processes Providing ongoing corporate and strategic advice to portfolio companies Depending on your level of experience, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of transactions and act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.
