Description The In-house Commercial Solicitor will be: Providing legal support across the business and wider group on a broad range of commercial matters. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements, including framework agreements, IT contracts and trademark licences. Advising on marketing initiatives, regulatory compliance, consumer law considerations and data protection matters.
