Imports Coordinator

Adecco Worcester are recruiting on behalf of our wonderful client for an Imports Coordinator. Join a busy imports team coordinating product shipments, container arrivals, customs documentation and logistics activity across the UK and EU.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate product shipments arriving via containers into UK and EU ports
• Monitor shipment schedules, vessel arrivals and delivery deadlines
• Track and update purchase and sales order information
• Process customs, duty and clearance documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Monitor stock receipts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and stock reconciliations

This is a highly organised, coordination-focused role within a busy supply chain and logistics environment, responsible for managing product shipments arriving via containers into UK and EU ports, monitoring port arrivals and delivery deadlines, processing import and customs documentation, analysing data, and liaising with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
