Imports Coordinator

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career within a busy supply chain and logistics environment?

The Role

• Play a key role in supporting the import process for products entering the UK and EU.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and storage facilities.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining purchase and sales order information
• Managing order statuses and tracking shipment dates
• Checking import documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Processing customs, duty and clearance documentation
• Coordinating deliveries and issuing instructions to storage facilities
• Monitoring stock receipts and resolving discrepancies
• Liaising with suppliers, forwarding agents and logistics partners
• Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate records

About You

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive approach and ability to see tasks through to completion
