What You ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end import sea freight shipments Liaising with overseas agents, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely cargo dispatch Accurately managing shipments using CargoWise within agreed KPIs Maintaining high data quality standards to provide our clients with real-time updates via our industry-leading visibility platform Ensuring timely receipt and processing of documents and customs clearance information Planning and organising final delivery in line with client needs Proactively track and trace shipments, addressing any delays or issues.
