This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer-facing software implementation projects, working with clients across multiple regions and ensuring successful outcomes through strong governance, proactive communication and disciplined project delivery. The successful candidate can be based in either the UK or North America, provided they can support the customer coverage required. My client is looking for a project professional who combines excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge assumptions, manage risks effectively and drive projects to successful completion. The Opportunity As the Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and closure. Working closely with customers, technical consultants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are well governed, properly planned and delivered to agreed timelines and objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys balancing project governance with relationship management.
