Implementation Lead (Background Screening) Contract: Temporary - 6 monthsLocation: Remote (Worker must be based in UK)Rate: (INSIDE IR35) - circa. £500-900 per day (Umbrella) We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead, on behalf of a prominent medical technology company, to drive the rollout of a global background screening programme across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. This is a highly collaborative role focused on ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, process excellence, and successful go-live delivery. Working across HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, Technology teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of a global background screening process across multiple countries. Define, document and maintain operating processes, including workflows, responsibilities, decision points and exception handling. Facilitate implementation workshops and manage the handover of business requirements to technology and vendor teams. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance and technology stakeholders to address risks, dependencies and process gaps. Support go-live activities, issue resolution, readiness tracking and post-launch stabilisation. Partner with change and communications teams to ensure stakeholder readiness, training and adoption.
