Description We''re looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant to lead and co-lead small to mid-sized implementations from scoping to go-live. You''ll be the key contact during delivery - bringing users, project teams and product colleagues together to land successful deployments that improve outcomes across the NHS and wider care sector. What you''ll do Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go-live. Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts. Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned. Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage - helping users feel confident from day one. Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing. What you''ll bring Experience delivering software implementations, ideally in healthcare or other regulated environments. Strong planning, governance and stakeholder management skills; comfortable owning a workstream. Confident facilitator with excellent documentation, testing coordination and release discipline. Pragmatic problem-solver who stays calm in ambiguous, fast-moving situations and takes ownership.
