As a Manager within the IGH Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:Leadership and ManagementManaging small to medium sized engagement teams including both internal KPMG and external client team membersOrganising work packages, overseeing data gathering and analysis, summarising insights and facilitating workshops to deliver on KPMG’s scope of work for a programmeContributing to formal training, knowledge sharing, and networking activities for the teamSupervising, coaching and reviewing the work performed by peers and colleaguesTaking on performance management responsibilities for more junior grades, contributing to annual talent reviews and supporting career progressionActing as a mentor to colleagues within the team and in the wider firm, living the KPMG valuesBuilding and leveraging relationships to support senior colleagues in developing sales opportunitiesMaintaining relationships with key client stakeholders and co-delivering programmesSupporting senior colleagues with RFP responses and proposal draftingDeveloping market-leading materials and representing KPMG at external eventsImpact, Risk, Accountability and GovernanceSupporting Directors and Partners in risk management framework implementationSupporting internal operational responsibilities for the finance transformation team, including revenue planning, resourcing, recruitment, and community buildingWhat will you need to do it?

6 or more years’ experience in the finance function of leading public sector or corporate companies, or client facing audit or consulting experience at a professional services firmProven ability to manage finance improvement projects in a leading finance functionStrong knowledge of core finance processes (e.g. record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, projects accounting) and their interdependenciesExperience with major ERP technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, WorkDay)People management experience, including line management and performance managementExperience in implementing finance change programmesSkills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras
