This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional to leverage technology to improve performance and drive innovation in public services. You will be directly managing small ICT teams that hold our Managed Service Provider and other suppliers to account for the delivery of their contract obligations with an emphasis on high availability, SLA performance, proactive risk management and value for money. This includes: Hosting Services - 900 servers across 4 data-centres and Azure hosted services. Voice and Data Network Services - including 4 call centres providing critical 999 telephony systems Mobile Communications - supporting 6,500 mobile phones and 8,000 Airwave radios Technical Security - Cyber risk management and defence for a key public service provider In addition to a broad technical knowledge and experience of managing ICT at this scale, contract management experience will be essential.
