We are looking to recruit an experienced ICT professional with strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis and problem-solving skills to join our established team. Reporting to the ICT Business Partner Manager, our ICT Business Partners provide expert support and partnership working to align technology, systems and processes with business needs across our Homes services, driving continuous improvement, successful project delivery and enhanced customer outcomes. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities. What do our ICT Business Partners do; Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of digital and system enhancement plans. Support the implementation, administration, testing and continuous improvement of housing management systems, mobile applications and other core business systems. Assist in the delivery of ICT and business change projects, ensuring solutions are implemented within agreed scope, timescales and quality standards. Work collaboratively with ICT teams to resolve system issues, apply upgrades and patches, maintain system performance, and minimise disruption to services.
