Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a role where you can influence commercial decisions and drive business performance? We''re recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading Facilities Management organisation, providing financial leadership across a complex business unit.

This is a high-impact role where you''ll take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, partnering with senior operational leaders to improve performance and profitability.

The Role
 
As the Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead the month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.
• Own P&L reporting, variance analysis, balance sheet reviews and working capital management.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting to support business performance.
• Lead monthly finance reviews, providing insight and recommendations to improve margins.
• Partner with operational teams to manage payroll, labour costs and commercial performance.
• Prepare business reviews, identifying financial risks, opportunities and improvement plans.
• Support commercial decision-making through high-quality financial analysis.

About You
 
To be successful as the Finance Business Partner, you''ll have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Business Partner.
• Strong experience managing financial performance within a complex business or contract.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach to financial decision-making.
