Leading the delivery of a major HVAC package on a large industrial project in London Managing engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and commissioning activities Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and subcontract labour Driving programme performance, cost control, safety, and quality standards across the project Managing NEC or JCT contracts including change control, Compensation Events, and Early Warnings Overseeing procurement activities and supply chain performance Managing project reporting, schedules, risks, and client communications Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Supporting and mentoring project teams while promoting continuous improvementWhere you''ll be doing ..... full job details .....
