Multi-Skilled Service Engineer (Gas or AC)Location: South Wales (Mobile - Single Retail Contract) Salary: Circa 45,000 + Overtime + Van + BenefitsWe are working with a well-established and growing building services provider, delivering maintenance and engineering solutions across retail environments. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Service Engineer to work on a dedicated retail contract across South Wales.This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with either commercial gas or air conditioning experience, ideally with 18th Edition, looking for a stable role focused on one key client.Key Responsibilities:Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on HVAC and building services equipmentWorking across a portfolio of sites within a single retail contractPlanned and reactive maintenanceElectrical fault finding and minor remedial worksEnsuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standardsRequirements:Experience in either commercial gas or AC systems18th Edition (preferred)Relevant qualifications (ACS / F-Gas)Full UK driving licenceStrong fault-finding and customer-facing skillsPackage:40-hour working weekDoor-to-door travel paidCompany van and fuel cardCirca 45,000 basic salary25 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysAdditional day off for your birthdayOvertime availableThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering long-term stability on a single retail contract, with opportunities to develop further skills.Apply ..... full job details .....
