Job Type: Contract (temp to perm) Start date: Immediate Industry: Maintenance Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: 21 - 22 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION:HVAC Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Manchester City Centre. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking HVAC Engineer to join the team. This is a long-term secure contract position with the view to going permanent, with opportunities for progression available.This role will be working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).Daily responsibilities will include:Planned and preventative maintenance on HVAC systemsFault finding, diagnosis, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsServicing AHUs, FCUs, and associated plantCarrying out reactive maintenance as requiredEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulationsBuilding strong working relationships with clients on siteRequirements for the role:NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation / Air Conditioning (or equivalent)F-Gas certification (essential)Proven experience in a maintenance environmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat''s on offer:Competitive hourly rate of 21 - 22 per hourLong-term work with potential to go permanentOpportunities for ..... full job details .....
