Human Resources Manager (part-time)

Are you an experienced HR professional who can provide expert people advice, build strong relationships with managers and employees, and ensure the smooth delivery of a high-quality HR service during a period of organisational change? My client is a well-established, purpose-driven organisation that brings together senior leaders and industry stakeholders to champion sustainable business practices and drive positive environmental outcomes. They are located in the heart of London, and the organisation operates a hybrid working model, with employees attending the office 1-2 days per week. They are looking to appoint a part-time Interim HR Manager on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract. This part-time opportunity, working 3 or 4 days per week, would suit a hands-on operational HR professional who can support on strategic HR duties as well. The Interim HR Manager role offers a day rate of up to £320 per day (inside IR35). Some of the key responsibilities include: Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters, including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from attracting and selecting talent through to onboarding new employees. Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
