This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across a designated business area. You will partner closely with management to deliver practical HR solutions, support organisational change, and help foster a positive employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business PartneringServe as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across designated business areas.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing proactive HR guidance and support.Identify and anticipate people-related needs, working collaboratively with leadership and the wider HR team.Deliver relevant HR metrics and insights, including headcount, absenteeism, turnover and overtime data, to support business decision-making.Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, initiatives and programmes.Manage and resolve employee relations matters, escalating issues where appropriate.Provide guidance on disciplinary, grievance and employee relations cases, ensuring consistency, fairness and compliance.Support the management of employee wellbeing ..... full job details .....
