Morgan is looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Assistant to support and elevate our Human Resources operations at site level. Administer monthly Time and Attendance reporting and payroll data prepMaintain accurate employee records in Morgan''s HR systems (MEIS and TandA)Support employee communications, engagement, and recognition initiativesAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesContribute to annual salary reviews and bonus cyclesIssue eye care vouchers and manage sensitive employee requestsCoordinate interviews, screen applications, and liaise with candidatesSupport wellness initiatives and occupational health reviewsPrepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materialsTrack absences, hires, and turnover with weekly MI reportingAssist with audits, data accuracy checks, and compliance documentationBe a trusted point of contact for employee queries and HR supportTake part in disciplinary meetings and site-based training coordinationContribute to special HR projects and help drive initiatives to completionExceptionally organized and detail-orientedComfortable working with confidential informationA great communicator and team playerAble to meet deadlines and juggle multiple prioritiesFamiliar with UK employment law and HR best practicesWhy Morgan?

What You Bring to the RoleWe''re looking for someone who''s not just capable—but curious, collaborative, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical know-how, HR experience, and a people-first mindset.Prior experience working in a Human Resources environment is preferableProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); AI proficiency is a plusHands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and applicant tracking systemsSolid understanding of UK Employment Legislation and compliance standardsFamiliarity with core HR principles and conceptsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detailNatural problem solver with a drive for continuous improvementAbility to clearly present ideas and reports in both written and verbal formatsComfortable working across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholdersExcellent time management, planning, and negotiation abilitiesGBU and HR Functional Competencies
