HSQE ManagerLocation:South Lanarkshire Salary Staff Permenant : 55,000.00 to 75,000.00 plus package DOEARM are working with a key client, one of the UKs leading structural steel fabrication and construction companies.ARM are currently recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager to join the business. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across all operations.Working closely with departmental managers, the HSQE Manager will lead health and safety management and ensure full alignment with the company?s Health and Safety Strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across the businessEngage employees at all levels on HSQE matters, influencing behavioural change and embedding a proactive safety cultureLead continuous improvement through the development and delivery of an annual Health and Safety improvement planDevelop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies and procedures in line with the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standardsLead and deliver audits to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and recognised standardsEnsure effective risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place for all activitiesManage the reporting and investigation of accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions as requiredConduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talksLiaise with external bodies including the Health and ..... full job details .....
