HSQE Manager

Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) ManagerKey Responsibilities:Promote Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental practices throughout the organization.Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, proactive culture around Health and Safety.Develop and implement an annual improvement plan for Health and Safety.Create, manage, and update HSQE policies and procedures.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Oversee risk assessments and ensure safe working procedures are in place.Report and respond to accidents, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corrective actions.Perform site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks when necessary.Assist with third-party interactions, including councils, HSE, and environmental agencies.Support departmental managers in implementing changes through training and guidance.Help maintain accreditations such as CHAS and ISO 9001.Work with department heads to assess training needs and develop solutions.Facilitate training on Health and Safety matters to ensure responsible behavior.Investigate accidents and near misses, ensuring proper documentation and corrective action.Encourage reporting of near misses, unsafe acts, and conditions to promote improvement.Maintain records of audits, inspections, and incidents, and provide recommendations.Qualifications:NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.Leadership and excellent ..... full job details .....
