HSE Manager

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive HSE Manager to lead and develop safety, environmental and sustainability standards across the site.The RoleThis is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance and leading continuous improvement across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and delivering the site Health and Safety improvement plan.Completing audits, inspections and risk assessments (including COSHH, PUWER, DSE and manual handling).Leading accident, incident and near-miss investigations.Delivering HSE training, toolbox talks and safety briefings.Managing contractor compliance, permits to work and RAMS reviews.Maintaining HSE records, reporting and compliance standards.Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives.Managing and developing the Health and Safety Advisor.About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong background in fresh produce, food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar production environment.You will have experience operating in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with the confidence to engage with teams at all levels and drive positive change.You will ideally have:4+ ..... full job details .....
