HSE Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Health, Safety & Environment Manager to head up the function for a market leading FMCG Manufacturing business.-

Reporting into the Site Director, this is an opportunity to put HSE at the heart of the business, pulling together all the HSE activity on site, working cross-functionally to engage and coach staff in best practice, support with audits and really drive and deliver the behavioural safety culture.

This will be a varied and exciting role-leading a wide range of H&S initiatives.-Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a wide range of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards; oversight of CDM / CAPEX, root cause analysis and reporting of incidents; and leading the continuous improvement culture across the site.

The position will suit individuals with experience in a similar FMCG Manufacturing environment, an understanding of CDM regulations, NEBOSH / IOSH certification and a proven track record of driving positive improvements in terms of HSE activities.
