HSE Coordinator

Substation Automation and Telecom Systems Inspector needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Europe

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
• Organize training sessions to ensure staff are familiar with HSE policies and safe practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety standards.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on incidents, audits, and improvements.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and HSE staff to ensure compliance.
• Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and awareness skills.
• Team player with experience coordinating HSE activities.
• Proficiency in HSE software and tools.
• Experience within the Energy industry.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations (advantageous).
• NEBOSH qualification or relevant Degree.
• IOSH accreditation.
