They re now looking to appoint a Health and Safety Coordinator to champion a proactive safety-first culture across their busy production site.This is a varied and influential role where you won t just be ticking boxes you ll be out on the shop floor, engaging with teams, identifying risks, implementing real change, and helping to embed health and safety into the company.Responsibilities:• Take the lead on health and safety practices, from factory floor to boardroom.• Carry out site-wide audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.• Design, develop and roll out practical health and safety policies that work in real-life environments not just in handbooks.• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to build engagement and accountability.• Lead investigations, provide training, and offer day-to-day support on all HSE matters.• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (or working towards it).• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment you understand the risks and how to manage them.• A hands-on, proactive approach and the confidence to lead by example.• Strong communication skills you can influence, engage, and motivate people at all levels.• Solid audit and ..... full job details .....
