HR Senior Manager (EMEA/APAC) - Financial Services - 12 Month FTC A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 12 month fixed term contract to support and manage HR operations across EMEA and APAC. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. Managed confidentially by a third party.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR operations and HRIS (Workday).Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory reporting standards.Lead employee relations cases and act as a key escalation point.Support performance management, goal?setting, and talent processes.Deliver HR projects across multiple jurisdictions in line with business needs.Partner with senior leaders to embed HR best practice within financial services.Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.Ensure robust data privacy and manage external HR vendors.Skills and ExperienceDegree in HR, Business, or related field.Financial services HR experience is essential.Experience within global or European HR functions.Strong HRIS capability (Workday preferred).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.Strong understanding of labour law and HR governance in regulated environments.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.Interested?For ..... full job details .....
