The work is diverse and includes:Trust formation, restructuring and reorganisationsInheritance Tax planning, including APR and BPRAnnual trust accounts and tax returnsIHT, CGT and wider estate planning adviceSupporting solicitors and external professional partnersManaging, developing and mentoring junior staffBilling, workflow and financial managementIdentifying new advisory opportunitiesThis role works collaboratively with in-house tax, legal, and advisory specialists, providing a broad platform to develop your technical and leadership skills.About YouStrong background in Trusts and Estates (accounting, tax or legal routes welcome)Excellent technical knowledge across IHT, CGT, APR, BPR and trust ..... full job details .....
