The RoleAs an HR Senior Advisor, you'll provide expert HR support across the UK business, partnering with managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. You'll work closely with regional and global HR colleagues to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
This is a broad and varied role encompassing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Support investigations, hearings, and resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation.
  • Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
  • Drive learning, development, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Produce HR reports and people metrics for key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.
About YouYou'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a first-class employee experience.
We're Looking For
  • Proven experience within a generalist HR environment, ideally at Advisor level or above.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and practical case management experience.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within a corporate or multinational business.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms.
Qualifications
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
