HR Project Manager

This innovative and culture driven business in an exciting industry is now urgently recruiting due to needing more bandwidth in their forward thinking, well respected HR team. A business that puts the employee at the forefront of its day to day existence, this role will give an immediately available applicant the opportunity to operate in a project driven role in a rapidly changing environment. An operational and strategic role in equal measure, you should be a generalist HR professional with a truly varied background and the attitude to bring ideas to the table. Up to date on all things legislatively and with a good handle on policy, process and lifecycle, given that it''s an FTC, this really should be someone who has been in an HR leadership capacity before, to hit the ground running. Alternatively, it could be someone who has operated as a Consultant who want''s a more fixed home for 12 months.
