HR Project Manager - Change and OD

To make sure the business is putting its best footforward, they are looking to deliver a number changes to theoperating model and are seeking the support of an HR ProjectManager experienced in Change and with supporting OrganisationalDesign HR Project Manager - Change and OD £60, Month FTC Remote (with occasional travel to Midlands office as required) Reporting into the Head of People, you will take ownership ofsteering this end-to-end organisational review from concept anddesign to embedded state. This isn''t a cost-cutting exercise butrather a refocusing of existing capability and, as such, theproject is not expected to result in redundancies. Instead, thereal work lies in supporting the Head of People and businessleaders with OD and operating model design: partnering closelywith senior stakeholders to identify what future-proofed teamslook like, redefining structures, rewriting job descriptions, andbenchmarking newly created roles to align with businessdirection.
