My client is looking for a HR Project ManagerHybrid basis working in their busy office in Hertfordshire 2 days a week at most.Oversee all HR projects related to the integration of an acquisition. Co-ordinate with the Group team and divisional People Director as we do the following.Migrate systems to OracleAlign processes with company standardsSupport interim process measures and ensure governanceReport regularly to CPO and divisional People Director on progressSupport the migration of CoE resource to the business, TUPE, review terms, etcSupport change in both target operating model and group support As an HR Project Manager, you''ll do the following. Draw up and maintain project and communication plans that will support the delivery of the projectEffectively manage and report on project budgetWork with all parties to agree, co-ordinate and schedule project activitiesDirecting and motivating the project team as appropriateWork closely with suppliers and book relevant technical resources to deliver project tasksProduce and share weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project highlight reports including relevant project update meetingsLiaising with and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to support delivery and embedment of the projectHighlighting HR project risks, evaluate, communicate to key people and manage those risks.
