We are inviting applications for Senior Associate - Payroll Specialiest position for an International Bank based in Harrow Details has given below.JOB RESPONSIBILITYAdministration: To ensure that payroll systems are maintained and updated with changes including new starters and leavers, changes in benefits, employment status and other miscellaneous changes in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 First point of contact for the payroll system, responsible for implementation and monitoring of the system To maintain a monthly payroll file for all new starters, leavers, bonuses and all other changes Comply data for IBG, Bonuses and for Life Insurance for empolyees To provide support to the HR team with any additional administrative activity and any other duties as required by the business. Responsible for P11D''s, PSA and Tax Returns for Expats Responsible for P11D''s, PSA for UK local staffs Contract renewals and preparing approval notes for the management Processing invoices in a timely mannerPayroll Processing: Checking all monthly HR changes and processed on ADP in a timely manner and committing the payroll, including statutory year endreturns, P11D''s and P60s. Processing the changes in absence of HR Associates Working closely with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure payroll accuracy and service delivery.
