Hands-on UK Payroll Experience - ESSENTIALCandidates should have solid, practical experience managing/processing UK payroll, not simply providing payroll administration support.End-to-End Payroll Processing - ESSENTIALLook for candidates who have handled the full monthly payroll cycle, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, benefits and other payroll amendments, through to payroll completion.ADP Payroll Experience - STRONGLY PREFERREDThe Bank currently processes payroll through ADP ihcm. Candidates with hands-on ADP experience should therefore be prioritised. The role involves checking monthly HR changes in ADP and committing payroll.UK Statutory Payroll Knowledge - ESSENTIALCandidates should demonstrate practical knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, P11Ds, P60s, PSA and statutory year-end payroll activities.Payroll Reconciliation and Accounting Knowledge - ESSENTIALLook for experience with payroll reconciliation, GL postings and identifying/correcting payroll accounting discrepancies.
