HR Operations Manager Bristol (50/50 Hybrid Working) / £75,000 - £82,000 per annum / 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (No extension anticipated) The Opportunity A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join its Bristol-based HR function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to support a significant period of business activity and transformation, providing leadership across HR Operations, HR Administration and HR Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving service excellence, process improvement and delivering an outstanding employee experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring HR services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and consistently across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of HR Operations and HR Administration services across the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high-quality service delivery. Oversee all employee lifecycle administration processes, maintaining effective controls and service standards. Manage, coach and develop the HR Operations team, creating a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
