Your New OrganisationGrowing, community-focused organisation currently seeking a People Operations Manager to lead a small, passionate HR team through an exciting period of transformation.An excellent fit for an experienced HR Manager, with strong knowledge of current employment law and a broad range of experience with complex ER casework management, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys relationship building and coaching and developing others. Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2027.Your New RoleReporting to the Head of People and managing a team of 4 (3 People Advisors and 1 Administrator), you will support a wide range of people initiatives and operational HR activities including:Day-to-day leadership of the People team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across the employee life cycle.Oversight of ER cases - coaching advisors on lower-level issues and leading on complex matters.Oversight of recruitment and onboarding, acting as the escalation point for the team.
